A scenic spot to enjoy soaking your hands or feet, with views across the valley to Mt. Madarao, Mt. Hakama, and beyond. On special days, the valley below will fill with a sea of clouds known as koun, or "lucky clouds" because the local tale is that, if you see this, you will be happy. The hand bath is called Sekirei no Yu (wagtail bird bath), while the foot bath is Kuma no Nekorobi Yu (lying-down bear bath).
