A pet-friendly, family-run onsen hotel. The meals served are homemade and hot (not always the case at many hotels). Pet rooms are available where guests can stay with their pets. The hotel even has a pet onsen, available at a special price for guests (closed in winter). The onsen water is excellent for pets: it is less stressful than shampooing and effectively removes dirt. Many guests have noted improvements such as a reduction in skin inflammation, excellent fur condition and a reduction in odor.
